A check must be made payable to LSU Foundation with Equestrian Club on the memo line.   The foundation will in return send you all of the necessary paperwork. For Donations to the team, if a tax write-off is requested:

1. Write a check out to the "LSU Foundation" for whatever amount you wish to donate, but "Equestrian Club" must be placed on the memo line.  The check can then be mailed directly to the foundation at:

2. Or go to https://www.lsufoundation.org/give-online.php and fill out the necessary information. In the "For The Benefit of:" section please select "other". Another box will appear which says "Please specify which academic unit or fund to donate to:”  where you will need to type in "Equestrian Club".
